Two questions. Do those who go to prep school need a nomination the following year? If they do, it possible for a preppie to win a MOC slate above other candidates with high stats? (It would seem they went to prep school for an academic boost but don't retake the SAT, ACT).

We've been operating under the assumption that the portal only updates once a day early in the a.m., but in another post someone said there can be portal updates at other times of the day. Can anyone confirm if this is true or if we should not expect to hear anything new until tomorrow morning?
