I was wondering what role does the "flight commander" for the UPT squadron have in determining drops. What other factors play a role? Results seem to be very mixed from class to class, with the aircraft being similar.

My son received his offer of a Falcon Foundation scholarship right around the middle of April. I'm not sure if the timeline is still the same though...He graduated USAFA class of 2014, so his letter came mid-April 2009.

My son also had a student loan. We just stated on his entrance paperwork that we were taking care of the student loan. It was never an issue. In fact, he took over the loan once he was a 2 dig.
