    Is the form that you are sending to WP concerning banking the diract deposit form or the form that the bank filled out a portion? I think the number was 1199A or something like that. Our d mailed the direct deposit form several weeks ago but the 1199 form she is keeping to turn in on R-day...

    Our D purchased her low quarters and boots at Maxwell AFB also. The store personnel were very helpful. When you call ahead, make sure you are talking with someone at the main clothing store. There were two numbers on the list given.

    Our D was scheduled for the eye exam and then medical exam in one day. Today, a call came from the eye clinic cancelling the eye exam. Should the medical exam be cancelled too and rescheduled for after the eye exam?
