    feet problems

I think flat feet might actually be a medical red flag. It's popped up in conversations before, and I've heard that it could be a medical disqualification. I don't want to freak you out though, so know that I'm not 100% sure.

    recommended watch

casio g-shock watches are really durable and reliable. you're probably going to have to spend about $130-ish, give or take $20. At least $100. But I'd say it's worth the investment, a good watch like this will last you for quite a while

    SF 86 Clearance Form

I know this may sound like a dumb question, but how do you email the form directly from the document? I realize I can turn in a hardcopy, but it's so much easier to simply type up my answers and send it via email straight away. It says on the instructions page that I can email it directly from...

    Quick Question

I'm actually kind of confused on this too. I chose the government issued plane ticket. I wasn't billed anything, and I got my flight itinerary through email. On the email, it says that the ticket costs $500 or something, but it seems as though it's already paid. (since my flight is booked)...

    R-Day Haircut

my mom's a cosmetologist, and i can tell you from what i've observed that if you keep your hair long and cut it, you won't have annoying prickly bits all over. the longer your hair, the easier it'll be to brush off. (I'd say atleast 2 inches long, if you want to avoid the whole "hair in my face...

    WPUSMA

I'm not sure about the "GPA cutoff", but as far as your CFA goes, I would definitely not aim to just get by with the minimums, especially if the other aspects of your file aren't great. Trust me, I've been there and done that with trying to figure out minimums as a sort of safety guide...but...

    Running

On the USAFA thread, I found this: "During BCT, be ready for 20min self-paced run, then an "indian run," then a series of 1 minute sprints. It is about 45minutes of running. Be able to run for at least 3-4 miles at a good pace (7.5-8 mph min). " Does anyone have any insight as to how a run...
