    Overworked Drone Pilots

Were there some OTHER parents in this thread that you MIGHT have been referring to? @MedB or one of your fellow Moderators? Nice attempt at ducking but your target and intent were very clear. Also....thanks for the flag waving. Always a good diversionary tactic when someone disagrees with you...

    Overworked Drone Pilots

Knew it woudn't be too long before @scoutpilot 's private Army Moderator would show up to defend the Army's honor. I'm quite satisfied that my actual experience is enough for me to voice my opinions....but thanks for the attempt to belittle and intimidate.

    Overworked Drone Pilots

Not necessarily. Monday morning quarterbacking can also be used for learning lessons from Sunday's game. Perhaps if the Army did more of it they wouldn't make so many of the same mistakes over and over again and they'd do a better job of choosing their leaders.

    Overworked Drone Pilots

Why did MANY of these pilots expect it to be a 3-year tour and then they would be moved back to their original aircraft?

    Overworked Drone Pilots

TAMI21....So the Air Force loses experienced RPA pilots (which there is a shortage) AND fighter/bomber TRAINED pilots....which there is also a shortage. While the TAMI21 program might have been a short term success....long term doesn't look too hot.

    Battle over Military Pay

Wonder how a 401K system will affect the AFs ability to retain pilots or entice them into the reserves?

    Battle over Military Pay

    Prep School Football Recruits

    Prep School Football Recruits

Seeing you chose to go beyond just answering the OPs question... Do the majority of recruited football and basketball players go directly to the academy or do THEY go to the prep school first?

    USAFA Selection Night

USAFA cadets know whether they are physically qualified for a pilot AFSC before the rated/non-rated selection process. I don't believe the same is true for the AFROTC rated selection board. Some USAFA cadets that do not meet the FC1 qualifications for pilot may still choose to become CSOs, ABMs...

    Recruiting vs. Blue Chip?

Sadly...all the information I have is what I read in that article. I am hoping that what it seems to say....is accurate and not either a play on words or a inflated stat based only on seniors that were still on the team as of Nov 1st 2014, have red hair and were born in months ending in "r".

    Recruiting vs. Blue Chip?

90 percent Graduation Success Rate "Air Force football is one of just six schools to have a 90 percent Graduation Success Rate (GSR) each of the last three years. The Falcons are the only service academy, Mountain West Conference school and public institution to be over 90 percent each of...

    Recruiting vs. Blue Chip?

You are referring to IC recruits that were qualified and didn't get a nomination and not the 1000+ of WELL qualified non IC athletes that already had a nomination.....right?

    Recruiting vs. Blue Chip?

I have to admit Boozebin that your son is the first example I've heard of the reverse at USAFAPS. Congrats to you both.....I'm sure he'll be a great airman.:thumb:

    Recruiting vs. Blue Chip?

No...it doesn't. This seems to be an attempt to muddy the waters by introducing issues that are often presented in support of URM recruitment. They have no bearing on why IC football and basketball players should receive a pass on academics. Or are you suggesting that this is actually a race...
