So I just got the Marine Option NROTC Scholarship to Embry Riddle and I am wandering if the scholarship covers all flight fees/training?

I have to commit or decline to the Army ROTC scholarship by the 19th but I have yet to hear back from SAs, Air Fore ROTC, and NROTC Marine Option. Can I accept the offer and then later decline, and accept another scholarship?

If I have already taken the ACT with writing, and I want to take the ACT again, do I still have to do the writing again? Also, does the academy superscore for the ACT?

Does anyone know how many Marine scholarships are given, and if they are given by school instead of nationwide? Thanks
