Instate vs. Outstate, major change? Anyone who might know, please answer this question for me. Does it matter whether the school of choice is Instate or Outstate in order to get a scholarship of any kind? Also, it seems to me (I may just be paranoid) that it matters what major you are going...

Oh, I am a 2nd degree black-belt. Kukkiwon certified. I am also a certified referee level D-2. for those who aren't in TKD, that means I can go to any TKD gym anywhere in the world and call myself a black belt. It's really cool!
