What are the chances of getting a NROTC scholarship for a Tier 3 major? We've heard several different stories: there are a limited number, the Navy wants more (especially middle east studies), and then hardly any are given out? Any one have any idea?

We are going to the Naval Academy Admissions Forum in Alameda, CA on the USS Hornet. Does anyone know the appropriate dress for this. Is it just a tour, kind of like a job fair? Or is it a meet and greet, and so jean wouldn't be appropriate?
