I talked to VMI, all scholarships decisions are made at cadet command. All classes and labs are taken at VMI.

Sorry I was not clear. My limited understanding is based of a call my son got yesterday from a navy recruiter. Somehow he knew my son had a high GPA and test scores. He said based on a formula of the scores and activitys he may qualify to get a 4 year NROTC scholarship without it being submitted...

Just got a very short phone call from the airport. He said he passed the physical test with a 245 out of 300 and made a 98 on the final indoc test. He said the week was much more difficult than Westpoint. No comparison beween the two.
