Is it the norm that parents will be able to spend time with their swab following the flag ceremony? Also, what and when is the shoulder board ceremony and is there an opportunity to see your swab following? Thanks for any info.

Our son's high school awards ceremony is tomorrow (5/25) night. I have not had any success in getting a copy of the script used to present an appointment. The Academy's electrical issues have intervened. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
