what are the chances of receiving a foundation scholar ship from the Naval Academy after being rejected. I thought it was impossible but a friend of mine who applied to both USNa and USAFA just got a foundation scholarship from USAFA after being rejected from both.

USAFA has an awesome app for the android I think usna DEFINITELY needs to make one too. I have no intentions of apply to USAFA but I got the app just because of how awesome it is.

Well I finished my preliminary application on April 1st! Last year I did a NASS application and we had to send transcripts. Do I need to send my transcript again with the preliminary app? The directions dont ask for it and I emailed usna but they were no help. They didn't answery question lo...
