Not yet. Last year, March 14th seemed to be the first wave, but this year's self appointment list hasn't seen that 20+ in a day yet. I'm still waiting for that green circle and 100% to change as well 😂.

Looking at the Self Appointment list for USAFA, it looks like the first big wave that we saw last year on March 14th hasn't happened yet, so feel free to drop your predictions on when it will be.

I think the site was updating or having maintenance. The picture just showed up.

I logged into the Portal and saw that the group picture of graduating cadets has disappeared. (Checked this on 2 different devices as well.) Does anyone know if this is a sign of a future application decision or was this just recently changed?

My congressman publicly released his list of nominated students about 2 months ago, and one of them is currently at USAFA's Prep School. Assuming he gets appointed to the Class of 2028, how would this effect the "five appointees at each Academy over a four year period" rule?

Just finished up my eye exam and I have a Red/Green deficiency. Everything else for DoDMERB is good however (20/20 Vision, Great Medical Exam, etc). How will that deficiency effect my medical qualification? I was also planning on pursuing computer sceince already, so I'm not worried about pilot...

I was taking a look at previous class profiles noticed that a significant amount of candidates aren't fully qualified each year. What exactly does fully qualified mean. Does it mean that your DoDMERB is checked off, you passed the CFA, got a nomination, etc?

Should your evaluations and recommendations be turned in and completed before you submit your candidate kit, or is it fine if they get submitted a couple weeks afterwards?
