On my portal, it asks if I will need a "government paid airline ticket" so I checked "yes". Am I still supposed to order the tickets myself and just save the receipt for reimbursement, or do I receive the government ticket in the mail?

that's funny. I sent my BC, SSN, and authorization card 3 weeks ago, and only the authorization card showed up after a few days. Emailed them today, but heh... patience is virtue :thumb:

if you're in decent shape, the summer seminar PT's are not bad... decent meaning that you score at least average on the CFA events, which you should practice! You'll get tired depending on how much effort you put in, but it's really fun. Not much distance running for the daily PT sessions and...

You should try to reach the max for all of them. At the very least, you should meet the averages for all events. Surpassing is even better. Getting max scores on your stronger events and above-average for the others is great.

I have/had scoliosis too. I think as long as you can stand up straight without slouching or leaning to one side, your degree of curvature isn't that bad. If you look/feel normal, you're good. Good luck!

So I accepted by appointment via my portal, but what's the point of the little business reply card (that came with the appointment certificate) asking if you accept/decline your appointment or not? Do you have to send that in too?

Last year, WP sent out some SLS acceptance letters about 1-2 weeks after the application opens (at the soonest). Many may not hear until several months pass. But yes, they do tell you if you are not offered a spot for this year's SLS. Good luck!
