DoDMERB has disqualified me because of this: "intsability of shoulder, history of". I am hoping for a medical waiver from USMA...

I'm looking at the SOE on my candidate portal, do the teachers need to be of a certain year? Can they be from freshmen year, junior, sophomore etc? And its filling out the survey thing correct? A letter is not required? Thank You.
