can I switch Army ROTC and apply to the AFA my second year after I took a scholarship

can I switch Army ROTC and apply to the AFA my second year after I took a scholarship

Yes you are able to contract on an ROTC scholarship of a certain branch and then later switch to an Academy of another branch if appointed. This is because that both the Academy and ROTC are paid for through the department of defense so even if contracted they will permit the switch.
