Curious about the ISR NROTC.. Recruiter said that DS is “a finalist for our commands guaranteed scholarship.” Does this mean my son has the ISR. If not, how many others would he be competing with him in the Finals? He’s had a few interviews already. Do you think he needs to prepare for another?
