Do you like MMI? My DS is a falcon acholar and considering MMI

Is it guaranteed to get into academy the following year? Both of his nominations came from MOCs that are retiring this year.

Same with my DS. Can someone explain falcon foundation? Is that same as prep school? Are you guaranteed to get into next years USAFA class?

MY DS has an appointment to Merchant Marine Academy and we are wondering when is the cut off date to accept? We are also waiting on the USAFA to see if he has an appointment there as well. But USAFA is taking much longer than expected. Does anyone know?

Has anyone heard from the Senators in Maryland on nominations. Specifically Sen. Cardin's Office. Update, our son checked the USAFA Portal this am and received a nomination from Senator Cardin!

Our son heard from his Congressman and received a nomination to USMMA. He is still interested in USAFA and wondering if anyone has heard from Senators in MD. Specifically Senator Cardin.

We applied to USAFA, but ended up receiving a nomination to the USMMA. Do we need to redo the entire DoDMERB process and another exam. Can the clearance we received for USAFA also work with USMMA? If so, what do we do to make that happen? Any help and advice appreciated.
