I never had an IEP, but they asked for a letter from my school guidance counselor, doctor, and principal I believe.

Thanks, I appreciate it! When I first submitted my medical, I did have a request for AMI, but following the DQ and waiver request, I had no AMI requests and heard nothing until I received my email that my waiver has been approved. Hope you hear soon!
