AROTC candidate recieved DoDMERB pkt
My son is an AROTC candidate whose application was to be reviewed by the Jan 4th board. Today he received a DoDMERB Packet in the mail to schedule his physical. I am wondering if this is a sign that he will be offered a scholarship. Let me know what you think. Dave -
