I was in the same Boy's State situation when I got my NASS acceptance earlier this month. I emailed summerseminar@usna.edu and they emailed me back with a Google Form. Filled out the form and have been confirmed for session 2. The form may be available on their website but I couldn't find it.

This is pretty time-sensitive so I assume no email at this point means rejection. I think there are other sessions later on... maybe next year. Question: Can you go as a high school senior? From what I've read, it seems like rejection isn't a bad thing but acceptance is a really good thing...

I don't imagine early submission has a big effect on your chances. I haven't gotten an acceptance or rejection either yet.
