For the PT shirt: It all depends on where you hang it in your room and how air conditioned the room is. I put mine on the towel rack and it was mostly dry but still a little damp. It didn't really matter though because I started to sweat pretty quickly into PEP.

the site said that the deadline for completing the application was march 1 so I don't think that they would take the april test. You can always call admissions and ask though.

It never hurts to ask but they most likely have a specific reason for asking your English teacher. And yes they MUST be from 11th or 12th grade teachers. I know someone who did not use those teachers and had to redo them entirely.
