I am trying to put together a plan to see DS jump and graduate from AB school. When does the final jump usually occur? A day or two before graduation? And any recommendations of hotels close by for graduation?

situation: DS 1st and only SA choice is USMA. Applied to AROTC as back up plan. He was awarded the 4 year AROTC scholarship to several schools. Should he update his candidate file with AROTC scholarship information or do they already have this info via DODMERB Thanks.
