Does anybody have the statistics for the number of advanced standings granted this year or the years to come?

Just a quick question (I tried searching but couldn't find anything regarding this): If you do NROTC not on scholarship do you have to pay for your uniforms and other NROTC related expenses that would otherwise be free if you were on scholarship?

I've heard that the NROTC board talks with the USNA admissions board and does not give scholarships to candidates who they feel will receive an appointment to USNA. Is this true or is this just speculation?

I just received a nomination for the Naval Academy. I am triple qualified. My question is on average about how long does it take for the Academy to send offers of appointment for your congressional district?

I just received a letter from the Academy saying that I'm triple qualified. I live in a very competitive district so there is a good chance I may not receive a nomination. My question is is it possible to be 3'qd and still get an appointment to NAPS or a foundation program?

I completed my package for the Naval Academy back in September, yet I still have not heard from DoDMERB. Currently the site says "Current Medical Status: In Process (as of 02-AUG-10 )". Is there something that I have to do? Or is there something I can do to speed up the process? Thanks!
