A friend of mine the next town over (same district in CT) got his TWE today but I haven't gotten any update... Seems strange because we're pretty much both in the same boat and obviously in the same area.

No. At Air Force, it should pretty much just make it take much longer for the next person on the list. But at USNA, wouldn't the next person go to the National Pool and then be competing against everyone else in the pool instead of just the people on his nomination slate? Either way it works...

Perfect example: A friend of mine (my congressional district, same nomination received for AFA) got a USMA appointment in November and USNA in December. He is 100% sold out to USMA (Dad went there, wants infantry, has been wearing Army t-shirts every day of his life, talks only about West Point)...

I asked a question about updating my file with a new award (about a week ago) and my admissions counselor left me a message (5 days ago) saying that yes I could update it and also that most offers of appointment for direct entry would go out at the beginning of April or end of March.
