I was wondering the same thing. I read and reread over the papers and I did not see anywhere that said you had to send one. I'm sure they would have called and asked for it if we skipped over it by accident.

you can apply when ever they start accepting, or wait to get your scores 3 weeks from now. yes, you will be able to update you scores, as long as the board has not went over your app from your SAT scores now, im pretty sure you meet the minimums but def strive for way way way more than that...

1. yes you can apply before you receive a nomination, this is the good thing to do! 2. early decision means if you turn it in early enough and before the date that is says, then they will give you a decision early, most likely before you receive a nomination

For USMMA, a coach may administer the CFA also. I know it does not say that, but I called and asked and they said you could.
