Does anybody know how long it should take for transcripts to show on Portal as recieved?? DS sent his first trimester grades 21Nov...still no show. USMA showed as received 23Nov. Advise??

DS got letter from admissions today asking for height/weight as well as waist and neck measurements. He is 5'7'' 175lbs with a very athletic build. Why are they asking now?? Wouldn't this have been part of the DodMERB checks?? His school will measure and send in paperwork ASAP, but just wondered...
