Stalking round 2.. my son received the TWE last year. This year he again received a congressional nom but also an AFROTC nom. He's on AFROTC scholorship so the world will not end if he again gets a TWE. We haven't been on here in quite some time but it looks like a few have received the BFE...

My son got the dreaded QNV so he decided to accept his AFROTC scholarship. Can anyone provide us with the physical requirements are for AFROTC? From what I've read, he needs to be able to max all the physical tests. What other things could he be studying over the summer to help him...

TWE is Thin White Envelope, generally not a good sign.

If all these packets have been mailed and the MOC is notified before they are sent, how can they (MOC) not know what's going on or what the status of the nominee is? I'm confused:confused:

The only reason I ask is we haven't got a TWE or BFE yet. So Plan B is already fully active just in case. However, falcon prep or scholar is something I didn't think about but may be something else to consider.

If you get a TWE and get selected for Prep or Scholars, is there a cost to go there?

By the lack of excited posts today it looks like nobody got a BFE in the mail so the stalking will continue on Monday.

Does anyone else feel like their blood pressure climbs a few points each day the BFE doesn't arrive. Good lord, shoot me now..LOL. I really need to find some work to get my mind off this. My wife was reading the Stalkers thread this morning and said, I think I'm gonna puke.:biggrin:

LOL... everybodies hawking this thread looking for a sign that says the BFEs are hitting the mailboxes. Another day goes by and the waiting continues.

Cadet15, just for curiosity sake, what were your ACT scores, class rank, etc. I see from the appointment thread many got LOAs, just wondering how our son compares to someone that got a LOA. Thanks

I guess I should be happy to see that others are getting calls and knowing it's finally starting. But it makes the waiting that much more stressful when your kids hasn't received a call yet.
