I understand the stance of those in opposition of tattoos and those in favor of allowing them. I also respect the opinions of those who say that getting them is stupid/immature/etc. I have had one --that I have wanted for religious reasons-- since I was 18 (before I was appointed). I love it...

I sense some serious hostility toward tattoos. A tat does not define an individual -- hopefully people can understand that.

I doubt I'll need to external monitor right away because I'm bringing my current lappy up than can function as another monitor. I'll just make it work as best I can. It wouldn't be optional if it was absolutely necessary

haha I can't afford $500 sadly. Can't you bring up any external accessories such as mouse, speakers (the laptop has speakers built in already so...), etc? I'm sure the library and, as mentioned, company printers are available. What is the use for another monitor? Docking station would be...

That's my plan. There's always more than one way to skin a cat, and I figure I might as well learn how to the West Point stuff by the West Pointers as opposed to learning from another source - possibly learning the wrong way!

I'll be playing on the Sprint Team next year for Army. I was recruited out of High School, so I'm still not sure about the walk-on process. If you are going to West Point next year, I'd get in touch with the coach and tell him you are interested in playing and what you need to do.
