    Yep, I get my BFE!! I'm from district 7, Mike McIntyre's area. From what I was told by his Affine, he had 2 slots available with more than 10 candidate... Guess I was one of the lucky ones. Good luck to the rest still waiting, there is still time!

    Found a great chart showing percentages/stats, etc.

    JUST GREAT!!! I'm a white male, fully qualified. Going by last years stats, I have a 50.3% chance. Sure, better that 49%, but geez, its sad knowning my chances of getting into the USNA is as common as the flip of a quarter :rant2:

    Ffarail- Contact your number one school and see if they can pull some strings. Thats what the Citadel told me... but The Citadel may also have more pull because its a military college

    Pennak, I have a 3.8 unweighted, 4.5 weighted, 1760 SAT, am also an Eagle and havent heard anything... I did above average on everything on the CFA, maxing out the pushups and crunchs. I recieved a letter from DoDMERB saying I was qualified, but, just like you, NEVER EVER EVER heard from USNA...

    Thanks usna 1985 and 2012mom! I was completely applied feb 15th so... just playing the waiting game. Ill do my best to enjoy my senior year, but it would be so much easier if I knew my status.

    I understand USNA is on rolling admissions. But, I also understand that they have to have X number of appointees from each district/state/ etc... That said wouldn't they want the best candidate from each area. Next, wouldnt that want to wait for ALL the candidate's applications from each...
