Does anyone know if I can use a paper ID along with my current ID to get my TWIC card? I just changed my address yesterday and they punched two holes in my license and gave me a paper ID. I have to drive almost 3 hrs today to the TWIC office and really don’t want it to be a wasted trip

Applied for the TWIC just to be prepared. It came in the mail today. They said to allow for 70 days. It came within 10 days but he didn't want to risk giving up break if appointed.
