Is there a way to determine which SA or ROTC program initiated contact with DodMERB? The one from West Point is easy, but can’t figure out if the second one is USAFA, USNA, or an ROTC program. Wish it was noted on the DoDMERB site

Is there a way to determine which SA or ROTC program initiated contact with DodMERB? The one from West Point is easy, but can’t figure out if the second one is USAFA, USNA, or an ROTC program. Wish it was noted on the DoDMERB site

Once there is a determination (either Q or DQ), it will be listed for each program underneath the timeline on the DODMERB status page. My ds's says USMA-qualified and USAFA-qualified on his status page.

I will say that ROTC doesn't initiate DODMERB for HS seniors until a scholarship has been awarded and USAFA doesn't initiate it until the candidate kit is finished. If neither of those apply, it was probably USNA (based on what you listed).
