“awaiting receipt of initial medical exam” under current medical status meaning?

I completed my medical exam and eye exam approximately a month ago, but my application portal for USNA still says that my medical exam isn’t complete. How can I fix this considering I scheduled the exams through the official website and everything? The official website says “awaiting receipt of initial medical exam”
