This question is similar to a question asked on the USNA thread about when do they select the appointments for those with a Presidential Nomination.
It is my understanding that there isn't a separate appointment session for the "150 off the NWL" (or for those with Presidential Noms).
I believe the "150 off the NWL" gives Admissions one more option for how to charge your appt if the SA has selected you for an appt. This "accounting" may not take place or get completely figured out until the class composition has been completed. (845something or others with more direct knowledge will correct my errors if they can.)
Hang in there. Appointments are made through April and into May with a few "last minute" apps made in June. Make sure you have a good Plan B.
