Hi, have received a wonderful letter from my ds. He is happy and as a parent I feel like I can now exhale. Cannot wait for our phone call tomorrow.

New one, he is on the first company roster but he said that he is in the second company dorm. Does anyone know what is going on with the first company dorm?

Also has anyone else seen the bumps, bruises, arm sling and crutches. Yikes!

Yes, part of first company (1st platoon) is lving in second company. The summer school students have been staying in first company. Summer school ends next weekend and the first company space should be vacated so the displaced kids can move in.
 
Thanks so much for the info. I guess he will get very used to changing rooms and roommates over the next four years. :smile:

My son is in First Company also, in one of his pix he has a brace on his knee, wodering what's that?

He was a State champ wrestler this past year in FL as well as Varsity Fooball but never had problems senior year...will be one of my first questions....even thought I know he'll do most of the talking.

Mine is 1st company also but staying low it looks like. :smile:
 
My son is also in first company and also staying very low key. I do know he is in 101 and we did see him run into 3rd company the day we left him.
 
According to my son, also 1st Co, they will be moving to the newly renovatel dorm, barracks, when classes star. They will have AC then also.
