Has anyone who applied to the 2011 SLS this summer been rejected at first, then later accepted into the SLS program by admissions?

    Thank you in advance.

I was rejected to SLS and then accepted a short time back to the class of 2015.

Oh sorry about that, but I have actually heard of that situation. Some kid I know was rejected talked to some people and got his application looked at again and got into it.

Awesome! Do you know exactly what he did to have them loom at his application again?

A friend of mine has been rejected but got in only a month later after his liaison spoke to the admissions officer several times. Make sure you stay in contact with your liaisons often. They'll be a HUGE help in your admissions process to SLS and to West Point.

I emailed mine a couple of days ago and have not received a response yet. Do you recommend that I call him directly?
