2017 LOAs reporting

Don't mean to sound stupid; but new to all of this. I thought you received an LOA? What's a DS?

LOA received today

Son received LOA today in mail. Dated Sept 17. He's very excited.
BTW, the DODMERB website does not reflect this.

Everything for his app finally got in Aug 29.
He did NASS and took CFA there, not maxing out on anything. only 6 pull ups if I remember correctly but solid everywhere else.

medical exam and nomination applications still ahead of him.

Reporting from Michigan.

Stats:
ACT: 34E/35M; no SAT taken
GPA: 3.89/4.5 weighted
AP: 5 Eng; 5 Eng Lit & Comp; 2 Spanish (oops)
2 year Varsity football; 3 year Rugby (+ captain)
NHS Treasurer
+ typical extracurriculars.

if there's something else people would like to know, let me know.

Also received one dated October 9th. I'm very excited and USNA is my first choice. My entire file was completed by the end of August, including CFA and DODMERB. Not URM or Recruited Athlete
