DS's portal notes that the one section of the application will not open until August 15th. It seems that was recently changed. Have others seen this change as well?

Unless you are a recruited athlete, your portal will open Aug 15th at the earliest. This change was made at the end of June.

DS checks daily. He would love to get going on it before school starts but it doesn't look like that will be the case USNA and USAFA are done already.
