3q letter

So what does it mean if I just received the 3q letter? Isn't it kind of late to be receiving it, I have had my file done for awhile now.

Did you receive it as a PDF on you portal? Or a letter by mail?
I'm asking because some of us are receiving updates on our portals saying that our files have been reviewed and qualified and that we have been sent to the NWL, so most appointments will be made by 26Feb-2May

Your are qualified for an appointment offer and have a NOM. You are most likely have been placed on the NWL.

You may or may not receive a QNS letter. Qualified Not Selected. More commonly known on SAF as TWE or thin white envelop

We're on the same boat. Right now we're on the NWL, from what I've read, if you aren't a nomination skot winner, then you will compete for 150 spots to the academy. Now its just a waiting game..wish you the best
