4 class questionaire

Should DS send in 4th class questionaire without passport and TWIC or wait until he gets these things. Passport is on order and TWIC will be ordered nxt week.
 
I would send what you have ready now. If you wait for everything to be in a nice, neat package, you may have an unpredictable delay that holds everything up. As I recall, there is information in the packet that is needed by KP now, and the other things can wait.
 
Could someone please clarify what is contained in the 4th year package. My DS's got scrambeled by my DD when she returned home from college and unpacked on top of it. I'd like to make sure all is well and avoid an issue later.

Thanks, I'll have him send in stuff as completed. Sorry I cant list all the stuff in the packed.
