Alright, I got my notification in the mail that I have received the four year army scholarship. My question is.....the major that I want to pursue has since changed from the initial time that I filled out the scholarship, and I was wondering if it is any problem for me to switch the major. My choice has gone from Biology to Criminal Justice. I'll call my PMS tomorrow, but I'm just seeing if any of you have dealt with something like this.

awhin3- This isn't going to be an issue with the Army. My son changed midway thru his 3rd class (soph) year from Civil Engineering to International Studies (against my advice but eh- his call) and the Army's response was basically "thanks for telling us".

You will normally fill out a 4-year plan your freshman year listing the courses you plan to take each semester. Part of the cadre's job is to make sure you stay on track so you will be eligible to graduate on time. Changing majors is generally ok as long as you can stay on track.
