Hi everyone! I have had my entire application as well as my PMS Interview complete since last Friday. But for some reason on the scholarship website, my academic information is still saying, "Pending Approval". Both my Guidance Counselor Feedback and my Physical Fitness Assessment have been "Received" but I am worried why it is still showing up as "Pending Approval". In my first post I had mentioned that my Physical Fitness Assessment instructor accidentally only submitted the sit-ups and push-ups and left out the mile time. I did upload a .pdf version of my PFA scorecard with the scores and signatures needed though. Is my academic information still showing up as "Pending Approval" because of the mile time being left out in the verification from my instructor? Should I be worried or should I just give it some time? Thank you all.

When in doubt email cadet command. They should be able to tell you if something is missing. Go through your portal. They are usually pretty quick, not sure if the board meeting this week makes a difference for response time, I can only tell you our experience has been quick in the past. Also does your status say Board Ready or interviewee still?

Its status is Elligible but I had my interview the other day because I had a college visit.

And when I check my uploaded files, my SAT Scores and Transcript both have gold stars next to them but my Physical Assessment does not. Does this mean anything?

Again, I would go right to the source. Cadet Command can tell you why it is ineligible, my understanding is that has to do with grades or SAT or age requirements not being met. Ask them specifically what you are missing.

Inellible is simply GPA and SAT/ACT scores, so you either do not meet the minimum or they are not in the system properly. Either way Cadet Command should be able to tell you which. This has to be frustrating so getting an answer soon would be good! If it was the PFA it would leave your at interviewee status until you moved to ready to board. But it would not hurt to ask about that if you have not already.

I emailed them and they updated my Dashboard. But now my Physical Fitness Assessment still only says Received and my PMS Interview shows up as Interview Pending. My status is now at Interviewee but I am confused since I have already had my interview. I am also confused on why my Physical Fitness Assessment still only says Received but on my uploaded documents it says Approved. Any feedback is appreciated.

That is so frustrating! I am not sure! But given that this is a new question (sorry to be a broken record), but I would ask them again, or ask the ROO at the school you did the interview to look into it. Going straight to the source is always the most reliable information.

Whoever did your interview may not have submitted it yet. So, again, may want to email again asking specifically about the PFA, whether you are good to go. You could ask them if the Interview info had been submitted, and if not contact whoever did your interview to see if or when they will submit.

Usually when I look at what I can see of an applicant listed as ineligible it usually says they are missing SAT scores or transcripts (or both). If your scores don't meet minimum scores you will be labeled "disqualified" from what I can see.
