Just heard from our DS that he will be holding the Ensign flag next to another DS who will be holding the state flag. Just wondering how they are chosen to hold the flag? He said he wanted the state flag but the other guy from the same state got it instead.
I thought it was just an honor to hold "any" flag. At least now I know where to look to find my DS during the parade.

Do the plebes recieve military id cards after they swear in? And if so are the cac cards saying us navy or is it the green card that says us naval reserve?
