Accesssing DodMERB Report

My DD has received notification that her DodMERB was completed and sent in. Can she access the report to see how she was assessed? Clicking on the link from her candidate site takes her to a DodMERB site that she cannot seem to log into. Appreciate the insight into how this process works.

Separately she received an invite to CVW. We are excited for her to go and assume this is a good thing for her candidacy. She attended NASS this summer and is excited about the Academy.

She should have gotten instructions on how to set up a DoDMERB account. It will be a different login than the DoDMETS/Concorde system.

Status normally shows up within a day of DoDMETS sending the information to DoDMERB.

13. How do I know if DoDMERB received my physical examination, medical consultation, or the records I mailed in? How do I create an account to check on my medical status?

Click on the “Applicants: Click here to create an account” portion of our website, found on the homepage. Enter your birthdate and social security number to create a username and password. That will enter you into the DoDMERB database where you will be able to view your file. The arrival date of your physical examination is displayed on the "Application Status(s)" page, under the heading "Date exam received at DoDMERB:"
