ACT Feb 6?

Have a candidate who is kinda Low in Science and Math. Is it too late to try the ACT on FEB 6 one more time? It would take till mid to late Feb to get results.

Has his Nominations USMA and USNA.

You could try and submit it. But since the file deadline is on Jan 31 I doubt it will be accepted. Try though.
