ACT/SAT scores--Congressmen and Senators

When I send my ACT/SAT scores to my congressmen and senators for nominations, will they superscore them the same way West Point does?

Ask your MOC by e/mail, phone, etc. Not all MOCs are the same. For example one of my MOCs superscores and the other doesnt.

When my DS requested scores be sent to 3 MOCs, College Board site advised that these partcular MOCs required all scores be sent.
