Does USNA only look at Math and English ACT scores? Do they look at any other sections?

Thanks!

They only look at Math and Verbal, according to DS's portal, which shows the Math and Verbal scores for each test date for the SATs and ACTs he took. (DS took the SAT twice and the ACT three times, but he did not take the ACT writing portion the third time around, with no problem ensuing.)

Just to clarify, is the "verbal" section the English section? Or the Reading section?

Good question - I just checked his portal against his score report and Verbal=English (not Reading). The Composite score does not appear at all.

The English and Math scores are the ones considered. The composite and other subscores don't even appear in the portal. USNA also superscores, which means they take the higest score from different test. So if you score a 34 in Math and 28 in English on one test, then get a 30 Math and a 32 English test four months later. Your academy scores are actually Math 34 and English 32.
