I just took the ACT again yesterday. Everything needs to be turned into the congressional office by October 26th. Will my results reach them in time? If not, what happens?

If not, bring a copy of your new ACT scores to your interview. If your new scores are quite a bit higher (or at least an improvement) over what you sent/are sending to your MOC initially, you can e-mail the MOC coordinator and let him/her know that you improved.

ca2, I think they are talking about the application deadline date and not the interview date.

Lesak,

If you sent them electronically via college board they should be there in time, I believe it is a 3 week turn around time. If not you might be looking at FedExing them because the hard copies usually do not arrive for 4-6 weeks.

The final option I can think of is your GC might get them before you if you listed your HS when you registered. The GC may be able to fax them directly. Your scores traditionally are also placed on your transcript. As you get closer to the date. talk to both the GC and the MoC coordinator if that is an option they will consider.

When you say you took them 'again' implies you previously took the ACT, so those scores should already be with the MOC for their consideration. I doubt new scores will make that big of a difference unless you totally bombed it the first time and get amazing scores this latest time around (unlikely). Just take a copy of your latest scores with you to the MOC interview if they think they may not arrive in time.
