Just looking at one final attempt to raise ACT scores if I can. Will the scores from the February 6th test date be to the Academy in time to meet their February 15th deadline? Please let me know. Thanks!

That will definitely be pushing it. However; if you DON'T retake the ACT, then I can give you a 100% guarantee that you have 0% chance of your scores going up at the academy. Even if you only have a 1% chance of your scores making to air force in time; that's still better than a 0%.
