How exactly does one go about sending additional résumé information that has been completed since CAR was submitted? Does the information have to be signed by one's principal again, or can I just fax it to them?
 
I just email admissions my updates with proof attached. I would guess that faxing will also work.
 
I was instructed that I needed to have someone (coach in my case) send an email to admissions with my information and whatever update you have being submitted for your file. I believe they just want someone in authority to confirm it, like your counselor did for the CAR.
