Administrative Remedial

I got an administrative remedial waiver a while ago, I filled it out and sent it in. It's been a couple weeks, and I assumed everything was OK, but I just got a letter saying that I was qualified for Navy, but something about "remedial requested" for Army. This is worrying, because I've already accepted an appointment to West Point. Shouldn't they have received the remedial by now? Any insight will be appreciated. (I already popped off an email to Larry Mullen, but he hasn't yet responded.)

I do. I will be working all night Sat and much of Sunday I will reply to all emails sent me prior to midnight Sunday. I was traveling all week.
